Aim
A small but in-depth workshop on the strategies of digitally transforming the
construction industry with a focus on the special context of the Greater Bay Area (GBA)
Expected Deliverables
To have a deeper understanding of the construction industry in the GBA and the urgency of its digital transformation;
To work on the strategies of digitally transforming the construction industry in the GBA;
To propose a theme-based research scheme (TBS) research proposal to the Hong Kong Research Grant Council; and
Tohaveawhitepaperonthestrategiesandpathwaystodigital transformation based on the workshop and a series of other activities organized under this theme.
